Requirements and Salary
The 12-month internship program specifically targets unemployed Kenyan youth between 18 and 35 years of age. A key requirement is that applicants must not have had any relevant work experience in their field of study within two years of graduation.
In terms of compensation, the JSC has established two tiers of monthly stipends:
– Bachelor’s degree holders: KSh 25,000
– Diploma holders: KSh 20,000
