Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- KCSE certificate with a mean grade of C plain
- 6 months working experience as a certified Java House Staff or equivalent experience from a food and beverage setup
- Point of Sale (POS) skills
- Strong planning and decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic housekeeping skills
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP plan
- Familiarity with Java House Africa coffee/beverage menu
- Ability to work under pressure and for long hours
